22/01/2010 I have had this cell phone for 10 years i am totally ****** off that they require an internet conection for their upgrades.I do not want the internet on my phone why should i pay for it for me and my kids,just to get the upgrade. I and all my family (about 12 other people) are probably going to leave this service . it will cost me 580$ but will likely save me money in the end.
